The Order of Service, used by His Grace The Archbishop of Canterbury, John Bird Sumner at the Chapel Royal St. James's Palace on the occasion of The Marriage of Victoria, Princess Royal, ( Eldest Daughter of Queen Victoria) with His Royal Highness Prince Frederick William of Prussia. 25th January, 1858, inscribed by G. Hall, First Commissioner of Her Majesty's Works, Public Buildings. 7pp. printed on red and black text with black endpp, and tooled with silk and red velvet boards, gilt brass edging and Royal armorial. (328x255mm) Together with a folded plan showing the Disposition of seats. Printed by Harrison and sons, approx. 510x410mm. Torn and restuck. Lib.b/p. and stamps. Binding stamped and discoloured.
