PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHER - FULL-TIME MATERNITY COVER (1 YEAR)

Mallams has an exciting opportunity for a junior photographer to play a key role in taking and editing photographs across the company. The position is a 1-year full-time role to cover maternity leave and is based at our Abingdon Sale Room but will be required to cover all three salerooms (Abingdon, Cheltenham, and Oxford). This role will involve some heavy lifting.

Salary dependant on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photography content to a high standard
• The ability to photograph products ranging from large pieces of furniture to small pieces of jewellery, together with garden ornament and architectural details externally and room settings, both within properties and the saleroom studio.

Requirements

• Self-motivated individual who can organise their workload
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Competent in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent knowledge of DSLR cameras
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• A good level of visual design skills
• Ability to work methodically and to deadlines with good organisational skills
• At least 1-year photography experience in a working environment or as a hobby
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fit and healthy due to the physical side of the position
• Valid, clean driving licence
