The Noonday cannon and sundial by Negretti & Zambra of London, the bronze dial plate engraved with various information and a motto 'Unless The Hours Be Bright, It Is Not Mine To Mark, I Am The Prophet Of The Light, Dumb When The Hour Is Dark', all mounted on a square stone slab.
