Substantial losses and chips to enamel throughout bracelet. Scuffs, chips, nicks and brownish veins/fractures to turquoises, which have variable hues. Some stones may be later replaced turquoises or later replaced blue stones. The bracelet mounts have signs of general wear throughout, with sharpness to the edges of some panels and fine splits/seams visible in places. The mounts are untested as gold/gilt metal/silver-gilt but it appears most likely that the mounts are not a solid metal but plated over an inner core, possibly a pitch-like substance. Wear and patchy light staining to inner velvet band. The tongue clasp currently functions. Gross weight approx. 36.8gm.
