A diamond cocktail ring, designed as a tiered cluster of pear and marquise-cut diamonds in claw settings, between graduated baguette-cut diamond set crossover shoulders, white precious metal mounted, stamped 'PL' and numbered, total diamond weight approximately 3.30ct to 3.50ct, ring size approximately K
Diamonds are well matched with a bright and lively appearance, graduating in size from approximately 0.60ct for the largest pear-shaped diamond to 0.02ct for the smallest baguette-cut diamond, estimated VS1 to SI2 clarity and H to J colour, assessed mounted. The ring mount is likely to be mid to late 20th century in date and has surface wear, scuffs and nicks/chips throughout. Length of setting 3cm, height of setting approximately 0.9cm. Metal standard is untested. Gross weight approximately 11gm.
