A diamond five stone ring, the graduated round brilliant-cut diamonds in claw setting, platinum mounted, total diamond weight approximately 1.20ct, ring size Q½
Diamonds are bright and lively. The principal diamond weighs approx. 0.45ct and has a pale outer surface-reaching fracture inclusion and draws a light yellowish tint. The outer diamonds contain occasional small fracture and mineral inclusions that are difficult to see with the unaided eye and have less pronounced tints. Estimated SI1 to P1 clarity and I to L colour, assessed mounted. The ring mount is modern, with light surface wear and a solder join to the shank due to re-sizing. Width of setting approx. 2.2cm.
