Provenance:Purchased from Bonhams in Knightsbridge in the 1970s.
This work is in good condition overall. There is light wear to the surface including minor scratches and discoloration to the surface due to varnish and light exposure. There is natural craquelure over the entire surface of the portrait, and scuffs and slight chips to the giltwood painted frame.
