Longman, Hurst, Rees and Orme Paternoster Row, London 1808. 12mo. (180 x 105mm) with m/s inscription. 'Bought at Queen Charlotte's Sale by J.C. for C.C.' Owner's inscription. Full red gilt morocco with royal cypher within a greek key and rosette border, six panel back. C Meyer Trade label. Fair condition for age, staining in text (3)

Fair condition for age, staining in text.

207 misprinted and reads 217, otherwise book is in good condition for its age. Paper yellowed but clean for age. Little foxing, mainly on end papers on reverse of moiré silk. 

Binding – red calf with ornate gilt tooling relating to Queen Charlotte. (Married to George III 1761, 9 sons and 6 daughters).
