Wear to the leather on the chair and the leather on the table top with surface dirt and few scuffs, plus a pen mark. Two or three other pen marks/dashes at the front of the table and a little tear and scuff to the leather.
Minor wear to the woodwork more so where the legs meet the ground. Some of the veneer on the tabletop has taken on a rippled effect
