A collection of photographs and literature devoted to the work of engineer and designer Luigi Stip and his "Flying Barrel" aircraft first flown successfully by Domenico Antonini on 7th October 1932; together with copy images of the earlier "Flying Barrel" built by Mattioni and flown in 1923; and a quantity of 35mm cine film of the Caproni built Stipa aircraft.
