The principal diamond has a bright and lively appearance but contains two chips that extend from the girdle inwards; one extending into the side crown facets and the other extending into the pavilion facets. The principal diamond also contains further naturals/nicks to the gridle and scattered mineral and fracture inclusions, with estimated P2 to P3 clarity and H to I colour, assessed mounted. Principal diamond dimensions approximately 6.6mm length x 6.3mm width x 3.8mm depth. Shoulder set diamonds have variable clarity, each measuring approximately 0.01ct (one stone is missing). The ring mount has considerable wear, with thinning to the edges of the shoulders and to the shank, and the central claws require re-tipping. Dark solder joins/repairs are present at the junctions of the setting to the shoulders and within the shoulders, and the claw setting may previously have been replaced. The shank is slightly off-round. Metal standard is untested. Gross weight approximately 3.4gm.
