A vari gem-set abstract panel brooch by Hermann Jünger, of slightly curved design, set with various raised cabochon and lozenge-shaped stones to a textured matt ground, with two vacant settings, signed and dated '96, width 6.2cm
Chips, dinks, thinning and scuffs to the edges of the vacant settings. Further nicks, chips, scratches and scuffs throughout the panel which disrupt the textured matt finish in places. Similar degree of wear to stones. Solder joins and seams visible at junctions within the mount, and kinks to the panel in places, which may be part of manufacture. Patchy light staining to panel reverse. Metal pin fitting currently functions. Metal standard of the mount is untested. Marks/numbers have wear and are a little difficult to read. Gross weight approx. 37.6gm.
