A diamond single stone ring, the old brilliant/transitional-cut diamond in raised four claw setting, between vari-cut diamond set shoulders, white precious metal mounted, stamped 'PLAT', principal diamond weight approximately 0.60ct, ring size O
Principal diamond is bright and lively, with scattered nicks/small chips to girdle and a small outer surface-reaching fracture, estimated SI2 to P1 clarity and J to K colour (faces up better), assessed mounted. Principal diamond measurements approx. 5.7mm diameter x 3.15mm depth. Shoulder set diamonds are variable, some with chips/fractures. Ring mount has general surface wear, commensurate for use, with yellowish sizing solder joins to shank and further solder joins to base of setting. Metal standard is untested. Gross weight approx. 3.3gm.
