The panel is hollow, with occasional fine splits, dings, general surface wear and patchy dark tarnishing throughout. The central drop has a possible repair to the suspensory loop and the connecting jump rings above the drops have some thinning. Garnets are well matched, of dark purplish-red hues, with patchy discolouration to the foil backing and scuffs, chips and nicks to the surface of most stones. The mount is untested as gold/gilt metal. Length 5.3cm. Gross weight approximately 12gm.
