The sapphire has a light to mid blue hue with a slight greyish/purplish tint and has faint colour zoning when viewed under magnification. The sapphire has surface wear, with scattered chips/nicks to facet edges and the girdle. Sapphire dimensions approximately 8.2mm length x 6.5mm width x 3.9mm depth. Diamonds are well matched, bright and lively, both of the outer stones are chipped. Surface wear to mount, solder join to back of shank, marks are clearly struck. Overall width of setting 1.35cm. Gross weight approximately 3.6gm.
