With signs of wear consistent with age and use. Velvet lining with detached areas. Patina. Without scissors and one other instrument. Tears to the leather lining. Keys present. Some potential water damage to the the fabric lining of the drawer. Drawer can be opened but with effort. Loss to the lining of the base.
